I Wish I Had
Those early years taught me that teaching is the art of building trust and simplifying the toughest climbs for others.
While earning my degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering (SUNY Oswego, Class of 2025), I channeled my energy into bridging the gap between potential and opportunity. Leading NSBE engineering summer camps and becoming a CRLA-certified tutor allowed me to fuse technical mastery with deep educational empathy.
I understand what it's like to navigate a landscape where the roadmap isn't always clear. I built my own path from Ethiopia to specialized engineering — and now I'm here to empower you with the precise, strategic mentorship I wish I had when I first stepped onto this soil.
Mentorship is my mission because I know the value of seeing yourself in the field. I aim to break barriers and provide the technical precision and emotional support needed for students from all backgrounds to find their place in STEM.
